A review of The Furniture Barn by Clive written on Wednesday 17th of August 2011
Early days for me and maybe I'm being a bit premature. I only ordered the sideboard ten days ago and - despite the website's assurance someone would contact me within four hours - I've had to call The Furniture Barn twice now and each time got a different answer about possible delivery.
Latest news is that, although they debited my credit card last week, the goods have been collected by their carriers who SHOULD deliver within ten working days, ie possibly up to a month from my order being placed. Not a good sign but I live in hope that their advice is pessimistic.
Strange in these recessionary times that companies don't try harder to ensure customer satisfaction.
