"Anyone out there who was at South Lodge when it opened?"

Except for David Oxley and myself, all of the contributors to this board were at South Lodge in its latter years before closing. It would be great to see some postings from people who were there when it opened in 1955. Many, like myself, were transferred from Stoneleigh School to South Lodge in that year. .
