"Website needs improving."

I tried to order 5 bean bags online and get them delivered to a school in northampton- i tried two creditcards and both transactions failed despite cards being fully operational. i gave up and phoned my local store where i waited for over 7 minutes until someone ~(Faye?) could answer my query- which she didnt -because she was busy. well so am I and this has wasted so much time already so I will order from another company..
