"Buses too small"

I write with regard to the No.2 and No. 2A buses from Cannock, Staffs, to Walsall, West Midlands. Journey approx. 40 mins. In nine times out of ten by the time the bus arrives from Cannock to the Turnberry Estate in Bloxwich people are already standing up (pensioners included). This is mainly the 9.20 am. leaving Cannock which pensioners use a lot, it being the first one they can access in order to use their bus pass after 9.30 am. The bus in question is only a small bus with limited seats; and is unfair to expect pensioners to have to stand, sometimes all the way in to Walsall. Could a larger bus be put in place please, especially for the first bus leaving Cannock at 9.20 am. .
