"Well below standard expected"

I have just been to Highfield Rangers Fun Day where ollie's kitchen had a food stall..curried chicken and rice and peas cost £6.00.... While being happy to pay that for the meal the quality in terms of seasoning was quite poor.... Whilst I realise it must be difficult to keep the quality of the food when cooking in bulk up to that which you would expect from a Caribbean food shop I have to say it was below par.
