"Poor service"

Unable to get an appointment afta 2 days of trying. Patient unwell - wudnt hav required an appont otherwise!!! but was told didn't warrant an emergency appointment - I agree not an emergency but def needs to see a dr!!! Then to be told can hav a booked appt the following Friday - 1 wk l8er is a joke!!! Also only having 1 doctor on on a Fri aft when the surgery is so busy and it's w/end is beyond me!!!! Also staff very unhelpful - sticking to the script! Very frustrating.

Every new 'system' seems to be worse than the previous. Unacceptable when ur ill. Also im wondering why patients not told appont running 45 mins late - surely an announcement on the electonic screne to announce a delay is only gd manners!!! PLEASE review and put something into place that actually works !!!!!!! .
