"Service needs an overhaul !!!"

Read previous review and completely agree. Have had several 'run ins' with staff. And hit 'the brick wall' when trying to get an appointment. Also the telephone system is very confusing for elderly patients my father being 1!! I've had to 'take over' several times when he's been unsuccessful trying to request an appointment. Really needs a complete overhaul!! NOW!!

It's ridiculous to see how many patients have missed booked appointments during the previous month - maybe if the phones were answered more effecientley some of these appointments could have been given to other patients! It's very frustrating !! .
