"Never a problem"

People are always too quick to complain about things these days and it's not fair on this practice.

I would like to be the exception and say how happy I am with this practice. Having been a patient a number of years do understand the appointment system far better now. The practice does offer mainly same day appointments which is handy for when you`re actually feeling Ill. I know my friends practice only offers appointments weeks and weeks ahead which means by the time your appointment comes around you`re better!

I also know I can book for the evening clinic one week ahead of the late opening days which is handy to plan when at work during the day.

I also don't have an issue with a short wait for the call to be answered, I think the poster below needs to have more patience and accept the practice is a busy one. .
