i have just been to your shop in rushey mead to collect a repeat perscrition,as i aproached the counter their was a couple trying to sort out their medication,as the assistant did not knowwhat the problem was she called a lady from the back,the gentleman that was being served said to the lady assistant serve the man that was waiting as i will some time the lady replied he can wait and leaned on the counter listening to the couple that was being served by the lady from the back,and to make things worse a lady came in and was served straight away their seemed to be racisim by your counter assistant thank you.
