"Terrible Customer Service"

This Company misleads you on their website. I thought I had ordered a seat pad to fit my existing Bloom Fresco highchair. The photo showed the pad I wanted but the description stated "small". Not having purchased the pad before, I was unaware of the difference in size but thought I had comfort in knowing I'd purchased the one shown in the photo. Their description of the item was very brief.

On receipt of the item, it was clear it would not fit. The following day I sent an online message to them to request a return and the correct item. I specified this as being urgent as my baby was in a highchair which had no safety straps. Following 4 online messages sent, 3 voicemails left and numerous calls to their shop, I finally received contact 15 days later. They told me they did not work on what I had "assumed" to be the case and told me I would have to pay to return the item.

Their terms and conditions do not provide for me to return the item at my cost and whilst I pointed out the protection I had under the Distance Selling Regulations, their response was "There is nothing more we can offer you".

Don't buy anything from this Company. I am very disappointed and annoyed..
