The place is never open when you want it to be and they suddenly make up rules that you need ID to collect a parcel. The very fact that you have the ticket the postman left in your letter box with your name and address on is not enough. The fact that you have lived in the village for 23 years and have never needed ID before counts for nothing. All they can do is point to a notice and get all defensive and self righteous job's worth about it. I for one will be GLAD to see the place closed down for good, since it always seems to be closed anyway, we won't notice the difference. Viva la couriers! .
