"Poor service"

I have been into the new hugo boss twice now. First time I saw a sweater I liked but there were none in the size I required. I asked an assistant if she had one in the size I required and she went to have a look in the back. After a few mins she came back and handed me back the jumper and said they didn't have any in the size I required. I put the jumper back and asked whether I could get one online and she said 'yes, probably' . I have gone back today and purchased a shirt in the sale. It wasn't folded before being put in the bag, just pushed in ! I hope I don't sound precious, but at a supposed top end store you do expect courteous treatment. I would never be rude and demand good service but I will vote with my feet and won't be returning! The original boss shop was totally different and very much missed !.
