"Terrible"

Cannot get in contact at all. I have no other income apart from job seekers allowance, and have wasted nearly 40 minutes of my credit (money! which i get little of) waiting for someone to answer the phone. I need to change my appointment as I have a job interview at the same time.

The job centre do not help you look for jobs, they are time wasters and all the advisors are lazy and do not help. I have previously over-heard an advisor saying to another advisor 'because Anna (name changed) has a form schizophrenia she isn't capable of a job.' Isn't capable? People with illnesses are every bit as capable as other people. It may be more difficult for them but its the job centres job to help people !

Over all I am disgusted with the way the job centre treats people, with no respect and they are incredibly unhelpful. .
