"Inconsiderate Taxi Drivers"

Every morning I have to be at a care client's house for 6am. Their neighbour orders a club taxi every Thursday and without a doubt, the club taxi booked will be outside his house waiting. Only problem is every single time, the club taxi waits outside, they are parked right in the middle of a one vehicle road and will not move until this neighbour comes out. Each time the driver acknowledges they can see you behind them but choose to not give way or park on side bays to let health professionals through. Numerous times our client has had to seek her husbands help or wait in discomfort because we are all stuck outside waiting for a club to pick up it's client (who walks very slowly btw too, lol).
