" customer service - bored or rude what do you think"

Went for an MOT which was fine a week ago. The chap (manager) behind the desk was a bored, uninterested chap. All he was interested in, pay and leave! went again since the fan inside the care has stopped working (27/08/15 at 2 pm) Again the same chap behind the desk. Similar rude behaviour with poor people's skill. Reply to my query - I don't do it! Go to a dealer! Someone should tell him that the same line can be told to the customer in a better way. Alongside him behind the desk was a little girl probably 10-11 year old (most likely related to him). As I walk out - she says "try keeping your windows down"....Okay, that was a clever quip - took it on the chin - but! .
