"Never call a Customer "Darling" when they're complaining!"

Having bought several pairs of Levis from this store I was disappointed to find they didn't have the correct leg length in my size. I was assured they could alter some, and they were entrusted with the task. After the first wash the hem looked awful, but when returning them their remedy was to press the and say there was no fault - which there clearly was. The condescending tone of the Manager and the refusal to exchange them has lost them a regular customer, but the icing on the cake was being called 'darling' by the manager. In my mid 50s, the customer service I received was probably the least professional I've ever received anywhere..
