Referred on by nhs 111 after my partners tooth cracked all the way to gum in agony and advised to go at 9pm to have tooth removed. She drove in to horrid leicester got stuck in traffic got to car park at 9.15pm no answer on the phone or at the door. Someone turned the lights out. I had phone call at 9.35pm to say it was too late no one had come so they were going home. Unbelievable. My wife was left in agony and with no where to go. .
