"Rude taxi driver"

I have been using AIM taxi,s for a couple of years some of the drivers are exceptionally pleasant but others are exceptionally rude& very unhelpful & also bad tempered if you happen to be taking a pet with you..I wouldn't recommend using this taxi company if you happen to be taking your pet with you as they are very unhelpful ... I will not be using them again .They left my wife feeling very upset...
