"Rubbish"

We had the pleasure of meeting you repair man who was not very helpful could not tell us what was wrong in fact had no clue about the washerjust said get a new one, as for no call out charge well he would not even open his tool bag until we had promised to pay £58_80 and would only take cash or cheque. We felt well and truly ripped off.
