Pandora replaced a broken love heart clasp bracelet that I expected to have to pay for to be repaired.

They replaced a bracelet that I wanted shortened (5 years old) I expected to pay for it to be shortened. Polite, helpful and well beyond what your consumer rights are regarding repairs etc.

Wouldn't shop in any other jewellers. Many Thanks Pandora Humberstone Gate Leicester!.
