I was waiting for a bus at Leicester General at 6.20pm. A young woman asked the driver if he went to the train station. He shouted at her and told her to get away from the bus. He then turned to my elderly mother and shouted don't ask me if I go to town. She told him that we were waiting for a different bus. Talk about unprofessional..
