"Not friendly "

I have been using this firm for years. Unfortunately with today's poor customer service I wouldn't recommend this firm at all. The guy that booked my taxi promises a text . Upon not receiving a text I decided to call asking why I hadn't received a text with confirmation of my taxi etc the guy said that I hadn't called and that I was going "mad" ... then said that he had found the booked job of my booking. I just found the whole experience awful and wouldn't trust the company anymore . Shame really but it doesn't cost a penny to be nice in life and friendly..
