153 serves the area every half hour - Monday to Saturday. This is just adequate for straight journeys into the Centre. Nothing at all is available on a Sunday. At one time there were buses to Coalville. Now to get there involves either a trip into St Margaret's then out again or the 153 to Newtown Unthank and change to 26 for Coalville.

Our grandson has done the latter to get to College in Coalville. Now the 26 has been altered to accommodate Amazon workers. This morning nobody got on nor off at the Amazon stop but the students who regularly use the bus were late for college.

Tomorrow to help out we are having to take our grandson to Groby to catch an alternative bus.

Please could you consider resuming the Coalville bus service. At the moment there is a considerable amount of posts expressing discontent with the service on the Kirby Muxloe Notice Board on Facebook..
