"Speeding Drivers"

I would just like to mention the pace their drivers go down the A50 at Glenfield/Markfield. The speed limit is 40/50 they go much faster down both stretches of road sometimes 2 of them racing one another. This is not a one off occurrence as I travel that way every day and it's happened very frequently. Where are the mobile speed cameras when needed..
