"Horrendous staff"

I called middle December 2017 to ask to go to see the radiators to be told I need to make an appointment. I wasn’t asked for my number or encouraged to make an appointment for another day as they wouldn’t see me that afternoon . I then rang today first thing to make an appointment as I was going into Leicester to be told she didn’t know until manager was in after ten. I said was there anyway of ringing the manager as I would go to Nottingham instead of Leicester as it’s nearer but was told no she couldn’t. I rang back later to ask to speak to the manager just to advise him how difficult it was to get into the showroom and I was a genuine customer to order there and then and as I’m doing the house up and spending a lot of money I would be a good customer but was being put off at how difficult it was being to get in. As someone who runs our own business I felt it was important to pass on my views. I was met by a very very rude Simon who refused to put me through to the manager and then said he was the manager. I said I couldn’t believe how I had been treated and how he was speaking to me and I would review the company online to which he said “ we will look forward to it” I can honestly say I have never been spoken to by a company like this I am still gobsmacked. If this is how they test potential customers I can’t imagine the customer service after buying products. If I had staff like that Representing my business I would die. .
