"They never answer the phone"

I bought a phone and traded my old one in. I needed to call them to check something on the phone that I traded in(which they should have picked up when they were transferring data from my old phone to the new one) but the answer to why something was happening was 'I don't know'. I have been trying to call them for 2 hours now but nobody in the store picks it up then when I contact the call centre they transfer me to the store who again don't pick up.
