"Appology to Dave Harriman From Rob, R & S"

In response to the review from Dave Harriman I apologise fully for my mood but we all have bad times(dead Uncles, ill parents etc.) and in hindsight we should have shut the business for the week instead of trying to keep everyone happy with a numb brain.

Half an hour after Dave left I realised it must have been me that bent the valve but having no contact no.I said to Sandy, no problem, I'll refund the tube & fitting 100% when he returns with the front and also fit that gratis for his inconvenience.(still stands if he calls in).

It's a pity Dave didn't return with the front wheel and a good old fashioned bollocking instead of posting our only bad review, I would have confessed my sins and all would have been sorted. We often end up with an even closer relationship with customers after the inevitable problems that occur in this trade and enjoy the inevitable micky taking and banter in the years that follow.

Dave, please call in and we'll refund the cash.
