Mel helped me think right for driving, and I still find his advice useful 6 years on.

Friendly and good to put you at ease, yet thorough, making sure bad habits never have time to dig in.

Attention to detail second to none, I don't know how he does so well at noticing everything that happens in and outside the car. Would still recommend if he charged double his rates!.
