"Never answer the phone"

Have phoned both numbers given on the card and internet for undelivered package from campbell street office.

even phoned other local office who did answer the phone but could not help me as not their area.

Campbell Street will not answer the phone. undelivered package is a birthday cake cannot wait 48 hrs as suggested on care.

What point is having a phone number is no one is on the other end to help or return messages?????.
