"Disappointed"

After praising Wallis to friends and family on their packaging of purchases bought previously at their Fosse Park store i.e. with nice tissue paper etc, I have just been there today and bought a silky top and was really disappointed as I had to ask the (young) sales assistant to re-pack it (which she did gumpily) as it would have been screwed up into a ball by the time I had got home. What a shame!!! I think some training for any new assistants needs to be looked at..
