Looking for a rip-off artist who'll "find" all sorts of other problems than the one you came in with and then charge you an arm and a leg for labour and parts, leaving you with a shonky job that needs a subsequent fix? You've come to the wrong guy. Bob Warner (the owner's name is actually John) is a true old-fashioned cycle shop. Goodness knows how he stays in business, but I always come out of that shop with more in my pocket that I thought I'd have, confident that he knows exactly what he's talking about and that he'll give me the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth about what's wrong with my bike.

He's the kinda guy of whom you'd say, if the review site asked you to rate him out of five stars, "would give him six if it were possible"..
