"I AGREE - POOR SERVICE"

Getting an appointment at Merridale Medical

Centre is so difficult. This arrangement of

ringing 48 hours in order to try to book an

appointment to see your regular GP is

absolutely outrageous! I have never seen any-

thing like it and having moved from a larger

inner city to Leicester - I have to say that

Leicester rates poorly on many levels and

particularly on getting appointments with

GPs..
