"Definitely agree - a very poor practice!!!"

My wife and I have been with this practice for the last 6-7 years. In the times we have called to arrange an appointment with our GP we have NEVER been able to see our GP, always the clinic nurse. I have even joked that I don't think our GP actually exists except in name only. Absolutely disgusting!!.
