What has happened to my morning post. Allof a sudden its not here till 5pm -hardly next day . I work from home and rely on post arriving as it has done for the last 30 years in the morning, not too much to expect I hope. Birthday cards received after the party.My appointments cancelled by post I get when I return home having wasted a journey.

No consultation ,no customer service. .
