"No allowances for working patients"

I have been with the Practice for many years but find the booking system a nightmare.

I work in the City Centre. I have recently been invited to attend a health screening however when I tried to book was told such screening is only available at Lunchtimes. it is impossible for me to attend at this time so asked if there is an alternative apparently not so I can't have the screening.

Perhaps the Practice can explain this to my employer as I can't.

Also I needed a blood test and requested an early appointment to enable me to attend before work. Not possible unless I am happy to wait for 3 weeks for a suitable appointment time.

Feels a little like discrimination for working patients trying to access the service.

On a positive note the GPs are excellent. ..... WHEN you can get to see them!!!!!!!!.
