When ringing in in the morning to get an appointment with anyone(This is the only time you are supposed to ring in), you are left holding on for a very long time before an automated statments asks you to book your appointment on an automated system or speak to a receptionist. Press the button for the receptionist and a kind voice says that 'all our staff are busy at the moment. Please ring back later' and you are cut off.

When you are trying to juggle life, work and illness, this is the last thing you need..
