"ABSOLUTE RUBBISH SERVICE IN LEICESTER!!!!"

Been ringing for 2 days to track one of my customers parcel, sent from Devon. Phone just keeps ringing and then cuts off. this is a terrible way to run a business. not like i can go in there from DEVON and establish to where this parcel is.. worst I have ever come across, I am trying to run a business and I can do without making all these calls to no joy|!!!!|.
