"Blood Test Appiontments, Poor reception X2!!!!"

Contacted 3/12/2012. 1st call, after waiting to get through from reception,resulted in phone call being cut off. 2nd to reception call, given direct number to blood tests called waited patiently finally someone picked up phone had to wait until they had finished their conversation with someone else to speak to them,no explanation given to me, like could you hold a moment!!!!!Only phoned to cancel Blood Test , freeing up appointment, Is it worth it for this reception ????.
