As one who works in another area of the public sector, I know only too well how often we receive critism and how rarely praise. I have only praise for the concern, courtesy and care shown to me by all staff at the centre, be they receptionists, practice nurses or doctors.

Keep smiling and I'll keep taking the tablets!
