I am 80 and would have been at Sacred Heart School at the same time 'Burky' but sorry I cannot remember you. My maiden name was Hennessy I am Joan and my sister who is two years older than me was Norah (we called her Betty) I remember Tony Dyer, Bernard Brady and I think Pat Cox and George Doolin ? but not too sure. I vividly remember Sister Loyola who I thought was very cruel at times to some of the children and sister Alberta who was kind. I remember the funerals of the children and parents killed in the blitz. I left wwhen I was about 10 and went to Nativity Convent. I left Leicester in 1963 and now live in Somerset. .
