"Awful"

I have to use this collection centre while i am at uni and have had important pieces of uni work go missing due to the fact the devilry person doesn't put the "missed parcel" card through the door so i never new there was a attempted delivery, and also i am currently waiting for a item that is sitting in there building waiting for the last week because i have checked the item tracking.

all in all very unhappy and i have been paying extra to get things delivered via different means! .
