"Why won't they answer the phone?"

I work for an exam board so at this time of year, have lots of coursework arrive through my door. Unfortunately, as I work full time, I'm often not in to receive parcels. If undelivered they go to Swan House Leicester and I arrange for them to be redelivered. Well, in theory... One 'recorded/signed for' was supposed to be delivered on 16th of May but I was out. It also hasn't been redelivered to my local post office(£1.50 to pick up parcels from there-ridiculous) Swan House is miles away from my house but can I ring them to find out if my parcel's there? Can I heck. No one EVER answers the phone. Appalling level if customer service. And yet they modify their name with the adjective 'Royal.' royal joke more like....
