"Just awful"

Every single time I come here -as it is 2 minutes from my grandparents house - I end up waiting and waiting and waiting. And even when I finally get served I'm then told I have to wait for both fish and chips. It's like it's a surprise to them that that's what people want. Just can't be bothered with this place, I'd rather drive further afield just to be treated like a human. I've now been here for 15 minutes. In a chip shop! .
