"FAILED DELIVERIES"

My company has to pay hundreds of pounds for use of Royal services, however, they just haven't got their act together. We have had ZERO replies to our registered PO BOX and when you consider that these contain cheques as well as all public correspondence, have have tracked all mail as a test. No replies. Our customers are saying that payments have been made and we can't refute this nor can we agree as we have no MAIL. The contact telephone details of the main sorting office is also very vague.They haven't responded once?.
