Trying to hand in a letter from the LRI which needs a nurse to call on my heavily pregnant daughter to change dressing was impossible as they didnt want to know .. they seem not to care are very rude and arrogant.

If they had paid attention to her when she went about her problem then it wouldnt have got out of hand, I have now put in an official complaint about the shoddy treatment recieved at this so called health centre!!!
