"No reply!"

A review of Leicester Magistrates' Court by Anonymous written on Wednesday 20th of November 2013

Constant calling - no reply on the 'fines' line. A false fine for an unknown offence which couldn't have been committed because out of the country for years. A mistake or stolen identity? I can't find out because the court never relies!!!!!.
