"Nearly always the wrong price at the till."

I've been shopping at the Spar for nearly two years now and always ask for a receipt.

The reason why that it is because whenever an item (or several) that I buy is taken to the till when it is labelled on promotion, it comes up as the original price, which is more!

Sometimes, when I mention to a cashier about it they would apologise and make excuses that and offers me a refund instead back so I cant pay the promotion price.

On other several occasions I'm refunded back the difference if I'm quick enough to notice and mention it to the cashier.

I find groceries quite expensive at the spar and only tend to only buy items when they are on promotion. It wastes my time and holds the queue every time I go back to complain.

This incident has happened too many times now and I don't wish to waste my time money with this shop any more. .
