"Bad customer service"

Most of staff they got is unexperience .always giving wrong information .i went there thursday mornin i went to counter to pay my bill the man knew i was waitin he answer phone and start talking i was waitin other staff called over to another counter and apologise.everytime i go there he is always on phone or playin with phone very bad customer service.
