We have just become aware of your complaint dated 31st January 2014 in Leicester.co.uk. Please can you call us on 0800 232 1750 and ask for Mr M Lad the Superintendent of Mr Pickford’s Pharmacy.

We would very much welcome understanding your concerns about our patient care and service at Mr Pickford’s. This will allow us to understand what we did to upset you, apologise for it and learn from the experience plus perhaps learn from you how else we may improve our patient care.
