I had issue of something falling apart from window installation, but no way I could find their current contact information. they are no where listed as registered business under the name of kingfisher windows as mentioned in the invoice.

insurance backed guarantee has small print and initial payment to be made. for small job it is not worth claiming thru insurance. I tried for if business is still existing, would have requested goodwill respect of guarantee. .
